Giving
When giving, your financial information is stored in an encrypted form only to process your donation and as required by applicable laws and accounting principles. If you choose to provide a voluntary donation through the notwm.org site, you will be prompted to provide credit card and other payment information necessary to process the transaction. We will collect the designated amount along with your name, address, email address, and contact information to ensure your donation is properly credited, to provide you with a Donation Receipt, and to provide an itemized Annual Giving Statement for tax purposes or personal use.
We will not store or otherwise process financial information provided to us online for the purposes of making a donation. Requested donor anonymity will be observed.

Your contact email information is retained until we can recognize and address any follow-up comments appropriately. Once your comments are addressed, your contact email is deleted permanently. We do not use any email information submitted to us for any marketing purposes.
